The first Friday in May is always No Pants Day. Typically only babies, underwear models and certain celebrities can get away without wearing pants. But apparently the rest of us can throw caution to the wind and modesty today. Skirts, shorts, dresses, kilts don’t count on No Pants Day. Only your best boxers, tighty-whities, bloomers or much less will count.
